We often have to read a piece of text and extract information from it. This might be in because you need to answer questions or find evidence for an essay. This is particularly the case at the moment with home schooling, as so much of the information provided is in a written format. The "SQ3R" strategy is designed to give a structured approach to such reading. At the 'recall' stage, I recommend noting down the key points next to the passage you have just read, if possible, using pictures rather than words.
